The British embassy in Israel has rented 500 sq.m. in Beit Amot Mishpat at 8 Shaul Hamelech Boulevard in Tel Aviv. The embassy will pay $22 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, under a three-year lease, with a three-year option.

A Swiss investment company rented 78 sq.m. in the building at $22 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, under a three-year lease, with an extension.
