The Subway restaurant chain, owned by Yair Tamir, rented 120 sq.m. in Bet Merkazim on Hagalim Boulevard in Herzliya Pituah from the Ofer Bros, at $33 a sq.m. a month, index-linked, in a three-year lease with a six-year option. The space is spread over two floors and the rent is therefore low, compared with similar deals in the area.
