North Tel Aviv: A 160 sq.m. apartment with an 80 sq.m. rooftop on Kalai Street sold for $520,000. A three-room apartment on Helsinki Street, in need of renovation, sold for $257,000 within 24 hours (for 5% less than the asking price). A three-room apartment on Arlosorov Street, in need of renovation, sold for $185,000.

Tel Aviv Center: A four-room apartment near Chen Boulevard sold for $425,000. A five-room apartment on Hess Street, in need of repair, sold for $332,000. A three-room, first-floor apartment on Chen Boulevard, without parking facilities, sold for $225,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals

Herzliya Pituah: A pharmaceutical importer rented a 300 sq.m. house with a swimming pool on a 600 sq.m. plot near the Tel Aviv-Haifa highway for $5,000 a month. A couple rented a 220 sq.m. newly renovated house on a 500 sq.m. plot on Ben-Nun Street for $4,500 a month (Cactus Real Estate).

North Tel Aviv: A high-tech company manager rented a five-room penthouse facing the sea for $2,000 a month. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Yehuda Maccabee Street was leased for $850 a month.

Tel Aviv Center: A four-room apartment on Gordon Street, with parking facilities, and facing the sea, was leased for $1,600 a month. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Rothschild Street, with parking, was leased for $1,400 a month.

Jerusalem and surroundings

Secondhand

Kiryat Shmuel: A five-room apartment on Palmah Street sold for $360,000 (Anglo-Saxon, Shiran Jerusalem Multiple Listing Agency).

Mevaseret Zion: A five-room garden apartment on Hermon Street sold for $305,000, six months after it was put on the market (Shiran).

Katamon: A three-room apartment in a quiet building on Halamed He Street sold for $195,000.

Gilo: A three-room apartment on Udim Street sold for $106,000.
