Bank Otzar Hahayal buys 4,000 sq.m. in Ramat Gan

The bank paid $2,650 per sqm., and also bought 60 parking spaces at $20,000 per space.

Bank Otzar Hahayal has bought 4,000 sq.m. in an office building on Bezalel Street in the Ramat Gan Diamond Center from the Yaakov Rogovin and Tedhar Investments partnership. The bank will pay $10.6 million at $2,650 per sq.m. for the four lower floors in a ten-storey building which is under construction.

Bank Otzar Hahayal also bought 60 covered parking places at about $20,000 per place, making the overall price $11.8 million. The bank, which currently occupies much smaller quarters on the corners of Hahashmona’im Street and Carlebach Street, will move to the new building at the end of 2002, when construction is completed.
