Neve Avivim-Zahala: A five-room penthouse, in need of renovation in Neve Avivim, was sold for $700,000. A 250 sq.m. house in Ramot Zahala was sold for $600,000 (Ninveh).
North Tel Aviv: A newly renovated three-room apartment on Arlozorov St. was sold for $260,000 (Caldwell Banker) A two-room apartment near Basel St. was sold for $180,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Central Tel Aviv: A renovated, four-room apartment near Ichilov Hospital was sold for $440,000. A four-room apartment near Habima Theater, in need of renovation, was sold for $250,000. A two-room apartment on Namir Road was sold for $127,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Gan: A six-room penthouse on Hayarden St. was sold for $286,000, 1.5% less than the asking price. A five-room apartment in Savionei Gan was sold for $290,000, 9% less than the asking price. A three-room apartment on Bar Kochva St. was sold for $190,000, 7% less than the asking price. A 2.5-room apartment on Haroeh St. was sold for $108,000, 13% less than the asking price.
Ramat Hasharon: A three-room apartment on Sinai St., Ma’arav Hayeshuv, was sold for $225,000. A three-room apartment on Orbach St. in need of renovation, was sold for for $200,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Rehovot: A three-room apartment on Hess St., in need of renovation, was sold for $105,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Rentals
North Tel Aviv: A five-room house was leased for $1,900 a month. An old house on Keren Kayemet Blvd. was leased for $1,000 a month (Ninveh).
Ramat Aviv: A two-room apartment was leased for $550 a month (Nadlan.com).
Rehovot: A six-room luxury apartment in the Neve Amit neighborhood, with an adjacent garden, was leased for $1,150 a month. A five-room houes on an 800 sq.m. plot on Ruppin St. was leased for $900 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Gilo: A five-room ground-floor apartment on Ya’ari St. was sold for $195,000, 7% less than the asking price. A 3.5-room apartment on Lish St. was sold for $140,000, 3% less than the asking price.
Rentals
Abu-Tor: A representative of an investment company rented a three-room apartment for $1,150 a month. The high rent is due to the short-term lease (Reshef Residential Properties).
Gilo: A four-room apartment on Nesher St. and a three-room apartment on Sabo St. were leased for $500 a month each. A three-room apartment on Yakinton St. and a two-room apartment on Hardof St. were leased for $450 a month each. The rents averaged 10% below the asking prices.
Haifa and north
Second hand sales
Haifa: A five-room apartment on Bordia St. was sold for $280,000. A six-room apartment on Kabirim St. was sold for $269,000. A 4.5-room apartment on Palmach St. in the Old Romema neighborhood was sold for $260,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Zichron Yaakov: A six-room house was sold for $338,000 (Nadlan.com). A 190 sq.m. house on a private 290 sq.m. plot was sold for $225,000 (Iris Sidi).
Rentals
Haifa: A three-room apartment on Wedgewood Blvd. was leased for $670 a month. A furnished, 2.5-room apartment on Tel Maneh St. was leased for $500 a month. A two-room apartment on Alhanan St. was leased for $450 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
