Oneal Construction, controlled by Eliezer Fishman, recently completed marketing the 11,500 sq.m. Power Center on Habosem Street in the Ashdod industrial zone. The latest deal, signed in the past few days, was for the last available space of 700 sq.m., which will be leased by Hakol Lebeged clothing company. The company will pay $15 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, in a three-year lease, with an option for another three years.
The Jumbo store, owned by a company controlled by Fishman, has leased 6,000 sq.m. at the Power Center. Other deals include:
ACE Buy & Build rented 2,500 sq.m. at $10 per sq.m. per month, or a percentage of turnover. The lease is index-linked for five years, with a five-year option. Rent will rise 5% if the option is exercised.
Auto-Depot rented 800 sq.m. at $10 per sq.m. per month, or a percentage of turnover. The lease is index-linked for five years, with a five-year option. The lease terms are reportedly similar to those of ACE.
The Power Center was marketed by Tel Aviv real estate company Keren. Eliezer Fishman is the controlling shareholder of ''Globes''.
