Herzliya: A 130 sq.m. penthouse in Neve Amal sold for $235,000, 8% less than the asking price. A four-and-a-half-room apartment on Harav Kook sold for $230,000, 13% less than the asking price. A three-room apartment on Hanotrim Street sold for $158,000 (Re/Max).
Ramat Hasharon: A four-and-a-half-room apartment on Harishonim Street, in need of thorough renovation, sold for $230,000 (Anglo-Saxon). A four-room apartment in need of renovation on Gidon Street sold for $191,000, 10% less than the asking price (Miri Ofek).
Raanana: A five-room apartment on Hamaccabi Street sold for $220,000. A four-room apartment on Hahayal Street sold for $215,000. A three-room apartment in Lev Hapark sold for $193,000 (Century 21).
Rentals
Ramat Aviv: A four-room furnished apartment was leased for $1,000 a month. A three-room apartment on Epstein Street was leased for $700 a month (Ninveh).
Ramat Hasharon: A four-room apartment with central airconditioning in the Alon neighborhood were leased for $850 a month each (Miri Ofek). A four-and-a-half-room apartment on Boaz Street and a five-room apartment on Orbach Street was leased for $850 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
Modi’in: A four-room apartment on Emek Bet She’an Street was elased for $550 a month. A three-room apartment on Shmuel Hanavi Street was leased for $450 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa: A 170 sq.m. house on Wallenberg Street, Ramat Eshkol, sold for $390,000. A six-room apartment on Shlomzion Street, Carmelia, sold for $250,000. A four-room apartment on Lotus Street sold for $215,000. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Succot Street, in need of renovation, sold for $160,000 (Anglo-Saxon, Central Carmel).
Rentals
Haifa: A four-and-a-half-room partly furnished apartment on Kadima Street was leased for $600 a month. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Moriah Street was leased for $520 a month (Anglo-Saxon, Central Carmel).
