North Tel Aviv: A three-room apartment on Arlozorov Street, corner of Haifa Road, sold for for $220,000. A renovated four-room apartment on Pinkas Street sold for $190,000.

Ramat Gan: A four-room apartment on Krinitzi Street sold for $189,000. A two-and-a-half-room apartment in Simtat Eilon sold for $150,000. A two-and-a-half-room apartment in Mevo Zeev sold for $147,000.

Givatayim: A one-and-a-half-room apartment on Rachel Street sold for $105,000 (Re/Max).

Bnei Brak: A one-and-a-half-room apartment on Daniel Street, in a 50-year old building sold for $91,000 (Re/Max).

Herzliya: A three-room apartment in Herzliya Heights sold for $360,000. A five-room apartment on Shneor Street sold for $257,000, 3% less than the asking price. A three-room apartment on Harav Norok Street sold for $128,000, 4% less than the asking price (Re/Max).

Rentals

North Tel Aviv: A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Hadera Street was leased for $960 a month. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Sharet Street was leased for $950 a month. A two-room apartment on David Hameleh Boulevard was leased for $800 a month (Metropolitan).

Jaffa: Overseas investors rented a 220 sq.m., old, but nicely renovated house near Kedem Street for $3,000 a month, under a three-year lease. A 140 sq.m. house near Kedem Street was leased for $1,100 a month (Varda Paz).

Beersheva and south

Second-hand

Beersheva: A five-room apartment in Neve Ofer, in need of renovation, sold for $130,000 (Hana Burnstein). A four-room apartment in Neve Zeev sold for $90,000. A two-room apartment in Neve Menahem sold for $82,000. A four-room apartment in neighborhood Tet sold for $75,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
