The companies signed a strategic cooperation agreement for marketing and developing unmanned aircraft. Aeronautics UAV also signed a strategic agreement with General Dynamics for joint development and marketing of unmanned aircraft for the US armed forces, mostly in the US.

Aeronautics UAV is owned by private investors and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange-listed JOEL. The company employs 40 staff.
