Toyota leased a floor to Mercury Shipping at $21 per sq.m. per month.
Toyota importers bought the 863 sq.m. 21st storey of the Toyota Tower at 65 Yigal Alon St., Tel Aviv, from Yeshiyahu Sheffer for $2.55 million. The price includes ten parking spaces at $15,000 each, and a 40 sq.m. storeroom at $750 per sq.m. The figures show the company paid $2,750 per sq.m. for the office space. Anglo-Saxon Tel Aviv and Inter-Israel Real Estate Agency brokered the sale.
In turn, Toyota leased the 20th storey to Mercury Shipping at $21 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, in a five-year lease. Mercury Shipping also rented ten parking spaces at $120 per space per month.
Anglo-Saxon Tel Aviv and Inter-Israel Real Estate Agency also brokered the lease of 238 sq.m. on the 17th storey to a law firm at $19.30 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, in a three-year lease with a two-year option.
