The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf franchise in Israel has rented a 90 sq.m. cafe at 57 Yehuda Hamaccabi St, Tel Aviv for $50 per sq.m. per month. This is the chain's fifth cafe. The other four leases are as follows:
- Tel Aviv: A 300 sq.m. cafe on Ibn Gvirol St. for $35 .per sq.m. per month.
- Tel Aviv: A 110 sq.m. cafe in the Ziv Towers, at 24 Raoul Wallenberg St., Ramat Hahayal, for $40 per sq.m. per month. The Ziv Tower project is owned by Rad-Bynet and Vitalgo Textile Works.
- Ra'anana: A 150 sq.m. cafe in the Renanim Mall from Ofer Brothers, for $35 per sq.m. per month.
- Herzliya Pituah: A 360 sq.m. cafe for $25 per sq.m. per month.
