Korentec developed a computer online data warehousing (COLD) software solution.
IFN Systems announced yesterday it signed an agreement to buy the document management and processing activities of Korentec. IFN will pay $130,000 in cash and 5-7% in future royalties. The agreement is subject to the approval of the Antitrust Authority.
IFN Systems CEO Alon Strasman said Korentec's document management activities would be transferred to IFN, including development and installation of the software product, eiMS 2000, along with the product's customers.
