The cabinet today decided that all of Pi Glilot's fuel tanks will be moved with 90 days. The fuel companies will have to find alternative solutions by this deadline. the decision follows the attempt to plant a bomb at the fuel and gas storage facility last Thursday.
Minister for Regional Cooperation Roni Milo initiated the cabinet debate. the cabinet also decided that the amount of gas stored at Pi Glilot will be reduced by 80% within 90 days as well. Gas will afterwards be stored in protected tanks until an alternative site is prepared.
