Bezeq will use its system's modules to compete in the national inland communications market.
Bezeq this morning unveiled its Magnum system, which supports Geographical Information System (GIS)-based decision making. GIS, designed for installing in an Internet and Intranet environment, enables large organizations to take geographic factors into account in its decision-making.
The Magnum system has been installed in Bezeq's Intranet network, providing the company with advanced capacity to plan resource allocation for engineering, infrastructures, marketing, finance, and investments.
Sources inform "Globes" that among other things, Bezeq had developed a module that supplies all the information about franchise regions, all business structures in Israel, and all of Israel's communications infrastructures, including Bezeq's potential competitors in the national inland, cellular, and international communications markets.
