Hebrew daily “Yediot Ahronot” reports that the ORS manpower agency will join the Gaon consortium in bidding in the tender to acquire the controlling interest of Blue Square Israel (NYSE: BSI). Sources said ORS will have an 8-10% stake in the consortium. ORS is controlled by Doron and Gabi Sebbag
Doron Sebbag said, "ORS has added value in a partnership with Co-Op, as a supplier of personnel. We supply cashiers and department personnel to marketing chains."
The consortium currently includes Gaon Holdings and Shamrock Holdings, and has an unsigned partnership understanding with Bank Hapoalim.
