Kiryat Ono: A dentist sold a four-room apartment on Bialik St. for $221,000, 4% less than the asking price. A four-room apartment on Tzahal St. sold for $183,000 after a year on the market (Re/MAX).

Netanya Ramat Poleg: A couple from Kfar Tabor bought a 170-sq.m. penthouse with an 80-sq.m. patio in the Amnon Ve’Tamar Lane, facing the sea, for $405,000. A 240-sq.m. house on a 260-sq.m. plot on Hasahlav St. sold for $325,000, 6% less than the asking price (Re/MAX).

Netanya Nof Galim: A five-and-a-half room apartment on Resnik St. with sea view sold for $180,000 (Re/MAX).

Tohnit Lamed: A five-room apartment on Eshkol St. leased for $1,100 per month, 8% less than the asking price (Re/MAX).
