Rabinovitch, partners to buy Jerusalem supermarket for $2.2m

The group bought Beit Mizpeh in Jerusalem for $4.8 million a few weeks ago.

The group of developers headed by Yair Rabinovitch CPA is continuing its real estate purchasing campaign. The group recently concluded a deal to buy a 1,000-sq.m. supermarket in Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem, for $2.2 million. The developers have already established a company to buy the property.

The group, with an additional partner, bought the 1,200-sq.m. Beit Mizpeh in Jerusalem from Baranowitz A.Z. and Sons for $4.8 million a few weeks ago.

The Rabinovitch group, with a varied composition of partners, has bought in the past a commercial center in Ramat Aviv Gimmel, Tel Aviv, and office buildings. The group has lately become one of the most active private entities in the real estate market.
