Pele-Phone will move its logistics center from two buildings in the Lod industrial zone to the building.
Pele-Phone last week signed a long-term lease to rent a 7,000 sq.m. office building in Airport City, near Ben Gurion Airport. Pele-Phone will pay $9 per sq.m. per month, index-linked. The rent includes several dozen parking places. Pele-Phone will move its logistics center from two buildings in the Lod industrial zone to the building.
The Airport City developers will begin construction of the building in the coming weeks, according to Pele-Phone’s specifications. The building will be ready for occupancy in September 2004.
