The Kfar Yona project is BST Enterprise and Construction’s third project for the Israel Air Force Association.
BST Enterprise and Construction of Nazareth has won an Israel Air Force Association tender to build 106 apartments in Kfar Yona. BST will receive NIS 36 million, at $71,000 per apartment, in a turnkey contract, and will be responsible for sub-contractors. The project will consist of buildings, each with of four 120-sq.m. apartments.
BST beat leading contractors in the tender. Construction will begin on April 1, and will be delivered in 16 months.
This is BST’s third project for the Air Force Association. BST has already built 217 apartments in Re’ut and 233 apartments in Neve Afek. BST is also jointly building 300 apartments in Haifa’s Denya neighborhood and 120 apartments in Jerusalem’s Givat Hakablanim neighborhood with Shikun Ovdim.
Tidhar Construction won a second Air Force Association tender to build 100 apartments in Kfar Yona, under similar terms.
