Formula Vision Technologies (TASE:FVT) subsidiary Formula Insurance Solutions (FIS) has completed the installation of a NIS 10 million computer system for Ethniki Greek General Insurance Co. (Athens:ASETH). The system, designed for elementary insurance, will provide Ethniki policy holders with direct access to their insurance portfolios for various transactions.
Ethniki, founded over a century ago, is one of Greece’s largest insurance companies, with a 20% market share. The company has over 1,400 employees and 5,000 agents at its 75 branches throughout Greece. The company’s largest shareholder is the National Bank of Greece (NYSE:NBG; Athens:ETE).
