Top Image Systems (Nasdaq: TISA) today announced that German paper archiving company Mediaservice had selected the Top Image Systems eFLOW solution.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Top Image Systems said the solution would be used to capture, validate, and process Mediaservice’s wide array of forms.
For the last four years, Mediaservice has been using Top Image Systems’ data capture solution, AFPSPro, to process numerous types of structured forms.
Recently, the volume of activity at Mediaservice increased, and the company had to deal with continuous handling of semi-structured forms, such as invoices and purchase orders. As a result, Mediaservice decided to upgrade their working solution to eFLOW, which processes up to 250,000 forms on a daily basis, Top Image Systems said.
Top Image Systems shares closed on Nasdaq on Tuesday at $1.27.
