All public company reports will eventually be available via the Internet.
Public companies will report to the Israeli Securities Authority from August 3. From that date, all public companies in Israel will file both electronic and written reports to the Securities Authority.
The measure marks the second stage in the implementation of the electronic reporting system, under which all public companies in Israel will make their financial reports available to the public via the Internet.
The order to begin electronic reporting was published ten days ago in the official gazette, giving it legal force. If they chose, companies will be allowed to publish electronic test reports during the dual reporting interim period.
