Cyber-Ark signs distribution agreement with Northrup Grumman

Northrup Grumman has an $18 billion annual sales turnover.

Israel start-up Cyber-Ark Software has signed a distribution agreement with Northrup Grumman (NYSE: NOC). Under the agreement, Cyber-Ark’s products will be added to the package that Northrup Grumman provides to its US federal government customers, including US administrative departments, the US Armed Forces, and NASA, and civilian government agencies. Northrup Grumman has an $18 billion annual sales turnover, making it one of the largest contractors in the US government market.

Founded in 1999 by chairman and CEO Alon Cohen and COO Udi Mokady, Cyber-Ark has raised $20 million to date from Jerusalem Venture Partners, Vertex Management Israel, Softbank, Nomura, JP Morgan Chase and Co., IDB Development, and Cabaret-ArbaOne. Cyber-Ark develops software products that both define secure areas on networks and enable enterprises to share information with external parties.
