Israeli start-up Pontis has completed a $9.2 million financing round, led by Accel Partners and Evergreen Partners. Founded six months ago by former Comverse VP development and instant messaging services division head Michael Kravis, Pontis develops software for optimizing the providing of services by telecommunications operators.
