EZchip Technologies, a developer of high-speed network processors, today announced that BATM Advanced Communications' (LSE: BVC) Telco Systems unit had selected the EZchip NP-1c 10-Gigabit processor for its next generation IPv6 routing platform.
According to Dr. Zvi Marom, CEO of BATM, "Using EZchip's advanced network processor enables us to provide a faster solution than any other and offers outstanding flexibility to accommodate the special needs of our customers."

Telco Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of that BATM Advanced Communications, and develops data/telecommunication broadband access systems and advanced IP solutions. Its US and Americas headquarters is located in Boston and its international headquarters in Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel.
