A. Levi Investment and Construction recently bought several income-producing properties in France, and plans to buy more
Developer Ezra Levi, an owner of A. Levi Investment and Construction (TASE:LEVA) recently sold two embassy buildings on Hayarkon St., Tel Aviv, to investor groups for an aggregate $5.5 million. The buildings are leased to the Turkish and Kazakhstan embassies, considered good tenants. The buyers are apparently foreign investors.
Levi told "Globes" that the buildings were his private property, and were not owned by A. Levi, and he therefore was not required to report the transactions. He said he was also negotiating the sale of another privately-owned building on Hayarkon Street.
Levi confirmed to "Globes" that A. Levi recently bought several income-producing properties in France, and that the company planned to buy more.
