Sources inform “Globes” that Israeli start-up WorkplaceIQ has completed a $1 million internal financing round from Genesis Partners, Clal Industries and Investments (TASE: CII), Cedar Fund, and Israel Infinity Venture Capital. WorkplaceIQ develops Internet software solutions for real estate companies that manage large portfolios of properties, leases and contracts.
WorkplaceIQ was founded in 19991. A year ago, it acquired BayLogics, a developer of contract management software. The price was estimated in the millions of dollars. WorkplaceIQ has raised $28 million to date. The company has 65 employees at its Massachusetts headquarters and Bnei Brak development center.
