Ezcip, a subsidiary of LanOptics (Nasdaq: LNOP), develops processors for communications networks. Founded in 2002, Crescendo Networks' investors include Apax Partners, StageOne Ventures, Magnum Communications Fund, and French fund Convergent Capital.
