Actimize today announced that is has completed its third round of financing in the amount of $10 million. San Francisco-based Financial Technology Ventures (FT Ventures) led the round with existing investors Giza Venture Capital, Vertex Venture Capital Israel and Carmel Ventures, the company's first investor.
Founded in 1999, Actimize develops and markets enterprise solutions based on an analytical platform that enables enterprises to react to risks and opportunities in real time. The company's technology runs complex analytical models on a range of information sources, while integrating data received in real time from operational systems as well as historical data from databases.
Initially, the company is focusing on the financial services sector and is providing specific solutions that include anti-money laundering, ATM and credit card fraud detection and brokerage compliance. The company's customer base includes leading financial institutions in the US and Israel.
