ClickFox, which provides customer interaction analysis and optimization software solutions for contact centers, has announced that it has closed a four million dollar, Series A round of financing led by Cedar Fund alongside Delta Ventures and Veritas Venture Partners. ClickFox said it would use the capital to expand its sales force, and enhance the services and support it provides to its customers.
ClickFox has appointed as CEO Michael J. Potts, formerly President of legacy integration software company Jacada (Nasdaq: JCDA). "ClickFox has discovered and quickly executed on a real market opportunity with its unique solution," commented Cedar Fund partner Amnon Shoham. "Customers are realizing more and more the need for a customer interaction solution that can span multiple platforms and touch points, and deliver a continuous cycle of optimization. "
Among ClickFox's customers are BellSouth, Merck, IBM, and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS).
ClickFox was founded in 2000 by Dr. Tal Cohen and Nissim Harel, both former faculty and researchers at Georgia Tech. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
