Real estate broker Rafi Kalina: The price reflects a 5% drop in prices in real terms in the past year.
A recently-retired businessman bought a 700-sq.m. plot on Yonatan St. from a contractor for $1.48 million. An old 350-sq.m. house in on the plot, which will be demolished and a new house built on the site. Real estate broker Rafi Kalina, who handled the deal, told "Globes" that the price reflected a 5% drop in prices in real terms in the past year.
A doctor bought a 540-sq.m. plot from a businessman for $850,000. An old 130-sq.m. house on the plot, one of the neighborhood's oldest, is slated for demolition. Kalina brokered the deal.
An importer of building products bought a 170-sq.m. house on a 520-sq.m. plot on Barak St. from a couple for $1.2 million. Kalina brokered the deal.
