Real estate broker Rafi Kalina: The transactions reflected a 5-7% drop in prices
Real estate broker Rafi Kalina has told "Globes" that houses in the Zahala neighborhood of Tel Aviv were recently sold for $1.4-2.1 million each. He said the transactions reflected a 5-7% drop in prices in the past two years, and that the buyers were independent businessmen. Kalina reported the following deals:
- A 500-sq.m. house (gross) on a 700-sq.m. plot on Yonatan was sold for $2.1 million.
- A 400-sq.m. house on a 500-sq.m. plot on Zahal St., the neighborhood's main street, was sold for $2 million.
- The adjacent plot was sold for $1.2 million.
- A 300-sq.m. house on a 500-sq.m. plot on Barak St. was sold for $1.5 million.
