Fattal Hotel Management and Dan Hotels are now Israel’s largest hotel chains, each with 12 hotels.
Fattal Hotel Management today signed a managing contract to operate the Hyatt Regency Dead Sea Resort and Spa, giving the hotel chain 12 hotels in Israel.
Fattal Hotel Management and Dan Hotels (TASE: DANH) are now Israel’s largest hotel chains, each with 12 hotels.
The Hyatt Regency is the largest hotel at the Dead Sea, with 580 rooms. Fattal Hotel has 3,830 rooms. The Hyatt Regency is its third Dead Sea hotel, after Magic Nirvana Club Hotel Dead Sea and Golden Tulip Hotel Dead Sea, giving Fattal Hotel 1,300 of the 4,000 hotel rooms at the Dead Sea.
Fattal Hotel is Israel’s only hotel chain to acquire new hotels during the recession. Fattal Hotel acquired the Club Med hotel in Eilat two months ago, and Golden at the Dead Sea more than six months ago. Fattal Hotel will also start operating the Meridian Hotel in the Azrieli Center in 2006.
