Azorim has sold 39 apartments in its Tel Aviv projects over the past three months for a total of $12.5 million. 15 apartments were sold in Azorei Chen, of which the most prominent deal was the sale of a 208-sq.m. penthouse for $850,000. Azorim sold four-room apartments for $380,000, and three-room apartments for $270,000.
Together with an attorney, Azorim also sold 11 apartments in the seaside Neeman towers. Among other things, Azorim sold a four-room apartment for $430,000. Azorim also sold 13 apartments in Kfar Shalem in south Tel Aviv, including five-room apartments for $210,000 and four-room apartments for $180,000.
