Erroca wants to change the clause requiring the franchise to operate the store year-round.
Sunglasses retail chain Erroca has petitioned the High Court of Justice against a clause in the Israel Airports Authority tender requiring the franchise to operate the store year-round, except for Yom Kippur. Erroca stores are closed on Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Erroca's attorney says the tender's terms harms the freedom of religion and occupation, and the right to equality. "There are stores at many airports around the world that are not open seven days a week," he said.
