28-storey tower approved for Soutine Street in Tel Aviv

The plan calls for demolishing the United Kibbutz Movement building, and constructing a tower with 75 housing units.

The Tel Aviv local planning and building commission has approved the Soutine site plan in north Tel Aviv. The plan involves constructing a 28-storey high-rise on a 2.6-dunam (0.65-acre) plot. Neve Schuster initiated the plan.

The plan calls for demolishing the United Kibbutz Movement building, and constructing a tower with 75 housing units, with an average of 100 sq.m. per unit a total of 75,000 sq.m. Housing density will be relatively high at 35 housing units per dunam (140 units per acre). Building rights will be 280%.
