A group of former Israel 10 executives have signed a content service operating agreement with Cellcom.
Sources inform “Globes” that Partner Communications (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE:PTNR; LSE:PCCD) will buy content from Channel 10 and its news company. Israel 10 chairman Joseph (Yossi) Maiman, Israel 10 CEO Nir Lempert, Partner Communications CEO Amikam Cohen, Partner VP marketing and content Iris Beck, and other executives held a crucial meeting at Cohen's office on the subject yesterday afternoon.
A group of former Israel 10 executives, including the former CEO Modi Frydman, VP marketing Ronen Baraka, News 10 CFO Kobi Marenko, and Elon Shalevhave signed a content service operating agreement with Cellcom.
A Partner spokesman said, "Partner is holding strategic talks with various parties to provide content services, including Channel 10."
Channel 10 was unavailable for comment.
