Neot Afeka: A four-room apartment on Lamdan St was sold for $254,000 (Reshef Residential Properties).

North Tel Aviv: A three-room apartment on Feivel St. was sold for $325,000 (Metropolin).

Central Tel Aviv: A four-room apartment on near Kikar Masryk was sold for $340,000. A two-and-a-half-room apartment on Spinoza St. was sold for $155,000 (Reshef Residential Properties).

South Tel Aviv: A two and a half-room apartment on Etzel St. in the Hatikva neighborhood was sold for $90,000, 22% less than the asking price (Student Housing Services).

Western Ramat Hasharon: A 110-sq.m. house on a 500-meter lot on Kehilat Vilna St. was sold for $530,000. The trapezpoid shape of the lot lowered the price (Nir Ofri and Everest Real Estate). A four-room apartment on Moriah St was sold for $252,000 (Re/MAX).

Herzliya Hayeruka: A five-room apartment on David Shimoni St. was sold for $292,000. A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Ben Yehuda St. was sold for $222,000 (Anglo Saxon).

Kfar Sava: A 250-sq.m. house on a 380-sq.m. lot on Hama’apilim St. was sold for $460,000, 12% less than the asking price. A four-room apartment on Hacarmel St. in need of renovation was sold for $165,000 (Re/MAX). A three-room, seventh-floor apartment on Hamiflas St. was sold for $136,000 (Student Housing Services).

Ramat Denya: A five-room house on Zeitlin St. was sold for $350,000, 6% less than the asking price, within one day of being put on the market. A four-room apartment on Kubovy St. was sold for $247,000 (Ambassador).

Kiryat Shmuel: A four-room apartment on HaRav Berlin St. was sold for $248,000 (Ambassador).

French Hill: A four-room tiered apartment in need of renovation on Mevo Harari St. was sold for $238,000, 1% less than the asking price (Re/MAX).

Ramat Eshkol: A four-room apartment on Mevo Livneh St. was sold for $240,000, 11% less than the asking price. A three-room apartment on Mishmar Hagvul St. was sold for $175,000 (Re/MAX).

Pisgat Ze’ev: A four-room apartment was sold for $196,000, 5% less than the asking price (Re/MAX).

Tzameret Habira: A four room apartment in need of renovation on Hahagana St. was sold for $185,000 (Re/MAX).

Haifa and the north
Kfar Tavor:A net 240-sq.m. house on a 380-sq.m. lot in the Haruvim neighborhood was sold for $220,000. A 140-sq.m. house on a 600-sq.m. lot on Hakalanit St. in the Givat Avni neighborhood was sold for $155,000 (Anglo Saxon).

Neot Afeqa A: A three-room apartment on Kehilat Kiev St. was leased for $500 a month (Student Housing Services).

North Tel Aviv: A three-room apartment on Kalai St. was leased for $730 a month. A one-room apartment with a roof on Hayarkon St. was leased for $600 a month (Metropolin).

Central Tel Aviv: A three-room ground floor apartment on Shaul Hamelech St. was leased for $650 a month within a week of being put on the market. A one-room apartment on Yona Hanavi St. was leased for $380 a month. A two-room apartment on Allenby St. was leased for $310 a month (Student Housing Services).

Rehovot: A five-room apartment on David Israel St. was leased for $500 per month (Diur Plus).

Herzliya: A three-room apartment on Haprahim St. in the Herzliya Hayeruka neighborhood was leased for $645 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
