Law firms rent Tel Aviv offices at $9 per sq.m. per month.
Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) has rented 600 sq.m. in Beit Amzur, Herzliya Pituah, from Ampa and SGS Building Co. at $12 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, in a medium-term lease. Texas Instruments has occupied space in the building for years, gradually expanding its original lease for 2,000 sq.m. to 5,400 sq.m.
A law firm has leased 380 sq.m. at 6 Wissotsky St., in north Tel Aviv from private parties at $9 per sq.m. per month, index-linked in a two-year lease with a two-year option, at the same terms. Another law firm has leased an office at 15 Yavne St., Tel Aviv, at $9 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, in a medium-term lease. The prices reflect the current market climate.
