Ten families are negotiating with Ampa Real Estate to buy homes in Kibbutz Sde Nehemia on the Lebanese border.
A group of 80 families from Gush Katif has organized to buy homes in Luzit, in the Beit Gubrin area, and in Ness Harim in the Jerusalem Hills. 38 families have already signed contracts, and 30 more will do so in the coming weeks. Twelve more families are expected to sign contracts in December. The families are from Dekelim, Nisanit and Alei Sinai.
Another group of ten families from Gush Katif are in contact with Ampa Real Estate to buy homes the company is building in Kibbutz Sde Nehemia on the Lebanese border. Two families have concluded contracts, and the other are in advanced negotiations. The houses are 150-180 sq.m. each on one-dunam (quarter-acre) lots, and cost $170,000-180,000 each.
