Herzog, Fox & Neeman represents 3 of 7 Bezeq bidders

The law firm is representing Apax Partners, Canit Hashalom Investments, and Markstone Capital Partners.

The Herzog, Fox, and Neeman law firm is representing three of the seven bidders in the Bezeq (TASE: BZEQ) privatization tender. The firm represents Apax Partners, David Azrieli’s Canit Hashalom Investments, and the Markstone Capital Partners Fund. Herzog, Fox, and Neeman partner Adv. Alan Sachs is representing Markstone, partner Adv. Ehud Sol is representing Apax Partners, and partner Adv. Adam Eytan is representing Canit.

Other consortia bidding in the tender are those organized by IDB Holding Corp. (TASE: IDBH); Polar Investments (TASE: PLR); Ma'ariv Holdings (TASE: MARV) and Vladimir Gusinsky; and a consortium with Beny Alagem and Saban Entertainment president Haim Saban.

Sources close to the tender said that the tender was in its initial stages, and some of the bidders would withdraw later. The bidders represented by Herzog, Fox and Neeman are aware that the firm is representing three bidders, and had no objections. Furthermore, the firm has established Chinese walls.
