Rabinovitch buys Carlton Nahariya Hotel for NIS 29m

Yair Rabinovitch also undertook to operate the hotel for at least one year.

Haifa District Court Deputy President Judge Bilhah Gilor yesterday approved the sale of the Carlton Nahariya Hotel to a group of investors headed by Yair Rabinovitch CPA for NIS 29 million. Rabinovitch will pay NIS 27 million for the hotel, plus NIS 2 million to the receiver. He has also undertaken to operate the hotel for at least one year.

The Kochav group, representing Galilee hoteliers, offered to pay only NIS 27 million for the hotel.
