Rehovot Mall dispute to arbitration

The arbitrator will decide the dispute between Amot Investments and the Shurka-Rabinovitch-Bar group.

Amot Investments and the SIG group (Shurka-Rabinovitch-Bar) notified the Tel Aviv District Court that they had signed an agreement to submit the dispute between them to arbitration.

The companies agreed that the temporary injunction in the case would remain valid until the arbitrator renders his verdict. Judge Yehuda Zaft ruled that since the dispute had been referred to arbitration, proceedings in the case would be frozen, and the injunction would remain valid.

Mifalei Tahanot and SIG signed an agreement two months ago, under which Mifalei Tahanot sold its 50% stake in the Rehovot Mall to SIG for NIS 215 million.
