Netafim, owned by Kibbutz Hatzerim, Kibbutz Magal, and Kibbutz Yiftah, operates in 112 countries, and controls 46% of the global irrigation equipment market.
Netafim's three-year contract with Cellcom for using the latter's SDH inland data communications network is worth hundreds of thousands of shekels a year. The contract is intended to concentrate all of Netafim's servers in Hatzerim, thereby saving maintenance and licensing costs.
