A survey by "Globes" among 35 top Israeli advertisers found that the decisive majority of 33 believes that Keshet Broadcasting will win the new Channel 2 tender now underway. 24 advertisers believe that Reshet Television will win in the tender. Only eight advertisers believe that Canne TV, a new contender in the market, will win the tender, and even fewer - five - believe that Tel-Ad Jerusalem Studios has a chance.
The few respondents who do not think that Keshet will win the tender said that Reshet or Canne TV would win. All the respondents who believe that Tel-Ad will win the tender think that Keshet will be the other franchisee.
Despite the guesses, many respondents said, "With all the politics and interests involved, it's impossible to predict the decisions of the council members or their motives."
