BT adds Verint to standard solution portfolio

British Telecom will offer Verint's contact center intelligence solutions to its entire customer base across the UK, Europe and the Americas.

Verint Systems (Nasdaq: VRNT) has announced the extension of its partnership with British Telecommunications plc (BT). The expanded partnership adds Verint's actionable intelligence contact center solutions to BT's standard solution portfolio. This expanded relationship enables BT to offer Verint's contact center intelligence solutions to its entire customer base across the UK, Europe and the Americas.

Verint is a subsidiary of Comverse Technology (Nasdaq: CMVT).

Verint, which is headquartered in Melville, New York, provides of analytic software-based solutions for communications interception, networked video security and business intelligence through the collection, retention and analysis of voice, fax, video, e-mail, Internet and data transmissions.

"Since the advent of our partnership with Verint more than two years ago, we have experienced strong joint success with the ULTRA solution suite," said BT product manager John Mason.

Verint stated that its software is used by over 1,000 organizations in over 50 countries worldwide.
