Sun: Hapoalim leads market down

Bank Hapoalim, Tower and Ormat led the declines today while Nice and Mazor bucked the market.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange fell today. The Tel Aviv 35 Index fell 0.16% to 1,587.32 points; the Tel Aviv 125 Index fell 0.14% to 1,419.15 points; and the BlueTech Global Index rose 0.06% to 373.75 points. The TelBond 20 corporate bond index rose 0.11% to 348.48 points. Trading turnover was NIS 410.2 million.

On the foreign currency market, the Bank of Israel set the shekel-dollar representative rate up 0.299% at NIS 3.694/$ on Friday and set the shekel-euro rate down 0.817% at 4.266/€.

On the market, Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM; TASE: TSEM) fell 2.99% for the biggest fall on the Tel Aviv 35 Index. Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA; TASE: ORA) fell 2.1%. Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI) fell 1.83% and Mizrahi Tefahot Bank (TASE:MZTF) fell 0.87% on the day's biggest trading turnover.

NICE Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE; TASE: NICE) rose 4% for the biggest rise on the Tel Aviv 35 Index. Mazor Robotics Ltd. (TASE:MZOR) rose 3.6%, Sodastream International Ltd. (Nasdaq: SODA; TASE: SODA) rose 2.27% and Oil Refineries Ltd. (TASE:ORL) rose 2.21%.
