A 65-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment on Harimon St. was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 95-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment with parking on Lann St. was sold for Nis 1.25 million. An 86-sq.m. three-room apartment on Hamelekh Yanai St. was sold for NIS 1.39 million (Re/MAX).
Herzliya: A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment with two parking spaces on Harav Goren St. was sold for NIS 2.08 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beer Yaakov: An 86-sq.m. three-room apartment on Sha Ness St. was sold for NIS 1 million, down from the asking price of NIS 1.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beit Shemesh:A 130-sq.m. four-and-a-half-room garden apartment on Ahavat Israel St. was sold for NIS 1.07 million (Re/MAX).

A 208-sq.m. six-room house with a basement on a 320-sq.m. lot was leased for NIS 7,500 a month. An 87-sq.m. three-room apartment on David Eliezer St. was leased for NIS 3,800 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
