Tel Aviv: A 67-sq.m. 2.5-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Nissim Aloni St. in the YOO tower in Park Tzameret was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with no parking, elevator or balcony in Pumbedita St. in the city center, was sold for NIS 3.45 million. A 62.5 sq.m. 3-room apartment with an elevator, parking, balcony and storage room on Yunitzman St. in the Blue Towers in northwestern Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.02 million. A 70 sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking in Reines St. was sold for NIS 3.2 million. (Rosio)

Kfar Saba: A 68-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment on Bilu St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.43 million. A 210 sq.m. 5.5-room, fourth floor penthouse, with a 50 sq.m. balcony on Weizmann St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.07 million. (Re/Max-One)

Hod Hasharon: A 125 sq.m. 4.5-room, fifth floor roof apartment with a 100 sq.m. roof on Geula St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.9 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment in a building preparing for Tama 38 earthquake retrofit on HaBustan St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 110-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking at Magdiel Neighborhood, HaStav St. was sold for NIS 1.97 million. A 114-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking in Magdiel Neighborhood, HaTzanhanim St., was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 100 sq.m. ground floor, three-room apartment on a 350 sq.m. plot with an elevator on HaYadid St. in southwestern Hod Hasharon was sold for NIS 1.85 million. (Anglo-Saxon)

Herzliya:A 165 sq.m., 6-room house on a 280 sq.m. plot with parking and storage room on Zalman Shneur St. in northern Herzliya was sold for NIS 4.27 million. A 50 sq.m. second floor, three-room apartment with no elevator or parking on Rabbi Akiva St. in southern Herzliya was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 63 sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator, designated for Tama 38, on Tchernichovsky St. in the center of city was sold for NIS 1.84 million. (Anglo-Saxon)

Rehovot: A 114-sq.m., four-room, 14th floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hacarmel St. in the Hanasi neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.02 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hod Hasharon: A renovated 200-sq.m. 5-room private house on a 500-sq.m. plot on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was rented for NIS 8,500 per month.
