The Lod-based company has fired scores of employees.
AT&T Israel Ltd. has closed one of its communications units and the product it managed, firing scores of employees. Some employees were transferred to other units. The layoffs began a few days ago, but employees knew they were coming some time ago and have been seeking jobs at other companies' R&D centers.
Lod-based AT&T Israel is run by CEO Hillel Kobrinsky, the chief of staff of Yesh Atid, who ran its election campaign and subsequent coalition talks.
AT&T Israel declined to comment.
